Divided into seven chapters, the film takes us for half an hour on the boulders and extreme routes of the Briançonnais, with a short resin interlude for the World Cup where Diego made his first appearance. In terms of notable achievements, we find in particular the first ascent of an 8c+ at Fournel, Aka Nerveux, and two 8B boulders with bleeding arches (Firewire and KContact) which hurt your fingers just watching them!.
Antoine Le Menestrel, former high-level climber, tells us with sincerity and sensitivity, his story at the cliff of Buoux, France and his vision of climbing today. Part of the history of climbing is written here, with in particular the "gang of Parisians" of which he is a part. Antoine also tells us about his state of mind at that time, his questions about the meaning of life, of his life: learning to love the journey, not the goal.
